Where’s my order?

*We are taking all necessary safety precautions regarding COVID-19. Online orders are still shipping but may be delayed due to high order volumes at carrier facilities.
Processing and shipping takes 5-7 business days. We’ll send you an email  with a tracking number when your order is processed, so the order can be monitored during shipment. Please enter that number on their website to inquire about the status of your package. Please note, once your package leaves our hands, we are unable to control when it arrives at your address.
 
Pre Orders for SIXX PIECE 2.0
Pre Orders begin Friday May 21st, 2021 and close Friday May 28th, 2021. Please allow 2 weeks (after may 28th) for your items to be shipped to you. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your order. We will also send an email  with a tracking number once your order is processed, so the order can be monitored during shipment.
 

My package says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it.

We will provide tracking numbers so the order can be monitored during shipment. In the event that your package is missing please contact the carrier. BASIXX will not assume any responsibility for your package once your order has been shipped.
 

Can I make adjustments to my order?

No, we cannot make any changes to orders placed. If you noticed an error, please reach out to us at info@shopbasixx.com immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee your changes will be made.
 

Can I apply multiple discounts to one order?

No. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
 

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Be sure to double check your spelling and if you are still having issues with your discount code, please reach out to our customer service team (info@shopbasixx.com) with the code you were provided and we’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot.
 

Where do you ship?

We can ship to pretty much everywhere. If FedEx, UPS or USPS goes there, so can we!

The style I wanted is sold out. How can I be notified when it is back in stock?

Sign up for our BASIXX newsletter! They are listed on each product page and you will be the first to know once it's back in stock.

How do I know what size to select?

Sizing can vary between styles, due to the stretch and give of certain items. We HIGHLY recommend reviewing the sizing guide/product description of each specific style to determine the right fit for you.
